1 Door-to-door delivery
Our door-to-door delivery service covers the whole of Hong Kong, additional delivery time is required for the following locations:
- Remote areas of Hong Kong, outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, etc.), Ma Wan, Lantau Island, airport restricted areas.
2 Pick-up point
S.F. Express.
Based on the size of the product, the system will calculate whether the order is suitable for pick-up at the pick-up point. Pick-up points include: SF Smart Counter and SF Service Center.
- After the package arrives at the pick-up point, the customer will receive an SMS message from the system, please follow the instructions to receive the package at the location of your choice.
- If the item is not picked up 48 hours after arrival at the smart counter, the dispatcher will collect the item at any time.
