  xi. to comply with its disclosure obligations to any person in accordance with the requirements that are legally binding on the Shop or as a result of any guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities requiring the Shop to comply;

We may transfer certain personal data to places outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on a discreet basis when necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or for purposes directly related to them.     b. In accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Ordinance, the Shop has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of data access requests.
    c. For verification of personal data, correction of personal information and inquiries regarding the nature of data held by the Shop, and to stop receiving or re-receive direct marketing data, please send your name and contact number to the Shop by telefax.
