Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions :

You must check your purchased item for damage when you pick it up. We offer a "48 Hour Replacement Guarantee", after which all items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Exchange Policy.

*The following conditions are not accepted for replacement:
a. The product has been purchased for more than 48 hours;
b. Exchange requests due to personal preference or fluctuations in the market price of the goods;
c. Accidental damage (including but not limited to force majeure and acts of God), human negligence, misuse of damage;
d. All damaged items must be sent back fully packaged with the defective item (if there is a free gift, it must be returned as well).

e. The exchange service can exchange the same value of the product, if more than its price, need to make up the difference.

Any courier company can be chosen to send the parcel back to us and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

Refund process

If you need to return an item for a refund, please make sure that your order meets the criteria for a refund and then contact us by any means to make a return.
After we receive your returned product and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, a refund will be arranged as soon as possible based on your request.
